After you have installed the latest version of Premiere Elements, you may see an error message indicating a problem during launch. If the Common folder is not present on your computer, it might indicate that Premiere Elements was not able to create it with the priveleges with which it is run. Log in to your computer as an administrator and create the folder at the following location:
